Don't know what to do anymore

Just found out on Friday I had a miscarriage. We told my fiancés mom and she convinced him I got an abortion. He ended up leaving me because of that. The rest of my family is in the hospital with my brothers son he isn't doing well and they are not telling him what is wrong exactly. I am left on my own to cope with the loss of my first child ?  suicide  has crossed my mind more than it should ?
