Stopping BC and getting pregnant.

I've been on BC since I was 15, I'm now 25 and going off it because my husband and I are going to start trying. I was taking trisprintec. What are others experiences with stopping BC and getting pregnant. I'm taking prenantels but anything else I should be careful of to make sure BC is out of my system?
