Feeling emotional

I'm 7 weeks 1 day and feeling incredibly emotional. My other half just took this pic of me and my daughter and I've been in tears ever since. My mums ring is so prominent in the pic. She was my birthing partner when my daughter was born and was such a support to me & my other half, and thinking of doing it without her this time just terrifies me. We lost her June 2014 to breast cancer. :( I know she will be watching over us all but it's just so hard. :(
