Measurements

My baby has always been on track in his/her measurements I got an ultrasound today at 17w6d the tech was horrible and rushing through things and I feel as if he didn't measure correctly the measurements came back at 15w6d? Should I be concerned? I'm getting a second opinion this Wednesday everything else looked perfect I was just concerned on size
