sex during ovulation cycle

so im currently in the highest point of ovulation right now but day before yesterday technically yesterday cause it was 130am we had sex this time forgot a condom. its been a couple of weeks since he has came cause he has been gone on for work. Do you think its a big possibility I could be pregnant? we are not trying right now even though I want to. He isnt upset we forgot the condom. I just want another baby bad.
