Funneling of Cervix at 20+1

It has been a rough patch for me, going on from bleeding to discovering that my cervix has started funneling at 20+1. 

Was bleeding a day before my anatomy scan and when I went in, the doctor discoverd that my cervix has started funneling at 3.3cm, sent me to a high risk specialist, but still waiting on my appointment with the same, on bed rest till then.

Really concerned if there is any way to stop funneling, any success stories would bring me a ray of hope. Also in case the funneling stops and my bed rest order is lifted, what precautions should I take then, so that it dosent bother us again. Also gonna ask the same to the high risk docter, and will keep you ladies posted on the updates. Till then, any experiences would bring in some hope for me. Thanks !
