Confused

I stopped taking my birth control for about a month, and just started up again this month. Just after I started taking it again, I had sex with my SO, but he pulled out. I'm expecting my period anytime. But I've been cramping constantly for the past 3 days, and white discharge. Usually the day I start cramping I get my period. Is there a chance I could be pregnant?
