Today marks the worst day of my life. 💔😢

I am/was 3months. I had my regular doctors appointment n they couldn't hear my baby's heart beat. They sent me to the hospital n my baby had no heartbeat, my baby was gone. Tomorrow I am to schedule my D&C. I am heart broken n torn to pieces.. My SO has been extremely supportive n so have my friends n family.. I just want my baby back.. I keep wishing this was a horrible nightmare that I'll just wake up from, but than reality hits n now I sit here with so many question n emotions.. I'm so hurt. N to think just 2 weeks ago everything was fine n beautiful with my baby... 💔💔
