Implantation/ovulating

I'm 3dpo I think and I never get ewcm and I wiped and got goo clear then again a wiped and felt this come out this has never happens I came off the pill this month had my withdrawal bleed as normal and spotted light for 3 days after period could this be nothing or could I be ovulating or ovulated early?? I don't track unjust go by glow it was ew with blood and very very thick and jelly like nearly hard to break but I could break it
