I do not want a baby shower

At first I thought I wanted a baby shower then I sat down to make a list of ppl to invite to realize since i told ppl I was pregnant I have not seen or heard from anyone no one has asked me how the baby and I are doing not even my so called best friends kinda depressing my BF mom sister and aunt want to throw it but I have no one to invite my own mom or sisters never ask me how I'm doing or text me unless they need something so how do I tell his mom aunt sister I appriciate the offer but not really up to having a shower? I'm almost 28 weeks pregnant the fact I have not seen or heard from ppl in 6 1/2 months I'm not sure if I'm glad bc now I know who my real friends are or if it's just depressing
