Those trying to lose weight, when, with what and how often do you "treat yourself"?

I'm on a low fat diet due to no gall bladder, and I was thinking maybe some light beer on Saturday or a slushee or fat free gummy candy on the weekends. 
I don't want to be so strict that I cheat or binge, but I also don't want to be so lax that I ruin all the healthy eating and exercise Monday thru Friday.
How do you balance your weekends?
