Trying not to gain a lot....
First pregnancy I gained 80 pounds!! This time around I'm trying not to gain as much. I feel like I'm smarter about it and realize eating for two was obviously just a myth. Pre pregnancy this time was 151lb. I am 26 weeks 3 days and currently weighing 174lb
....that's s 23 pound gain so far. Is that bad right now? I know it's not close to the 80 lbs like last time. My doctor hadn't had any concerns this time, I think I'm over thinking it all. Why can't we just eat what we want, gain what we want without the doctors saying anything. And then lose it all right after delivery 😂 wishful thinking I guess
