1st ob visit?

Ok so I'm on baby #3 and its been awhile. What do they do on your 1st ob visit? Will I get a sono? I'll be a little over 8 weeks along and I'd like to make sure heart rate and everything look good. I'm just a little worried?

Hi!! I am with #3 too and I feel like it's brand new. Granted my youngest is almost 6. 
I have had two appointments already. Both were blood labs just to check hcg and progesterone. 
I am not getting my first sonogram until 10 weeks! Completely nerve wracking.

First visit 8 weeks. Pretty sure you'll get a vaginal us but I'm sure not all docs do the same thing.
