Accuracy of Eve's fertile window?

How accurate is the fertile window to your actual fertile window? I haven't completely learned to keep track of my cycle and I'm not sure of my average cycle length because I just recently started tracking it this closely. I am just wondering how accurate the fertile window on eve is, if you have everything perfectly, would it Forsure be when you are fertile?
