I'm gonna go crazy

My 3 month old hasn't slept in 12 hours. Which means I've been up for 24 hours now. I feel like I gonna lose my mind I've tried everything. She is only fine if she's laying next to me nursing but she wants to nurse for hours and after a while my nipples start to hurt but if I try to put her in her swing she just screams. Then if she does pass out she isn't fully asleep and will only stay like that for 15 min tops. I feel like I'm going to lose my mind. I know she has had cause she keeps farting so I gave her gripe water and that didn't seem to help
