The pill, help!

I previously started a brand of pill, yet it made me sick whenever I took it, so I stopped and went to the doctors. My nurse prescribed me a different pill, and at first it was all alright then I started getting bad nausea. I was sick on the 5th day, then missed it the 6th and 7th. I then came on my period, and have been on my period for a week now. I'm coming to the end of my period, and don't know what to do about taking my pill? do I just start the new batch? help!
