Question

I was due today for AF no symptom or signs at all. I had mirena removed beginning of July to TTC. I was diagnosed with PCOS years ago and last year had gastric bypass surgery.(which a lot of times corrects pcos). Since losing the weight and having mirena placed I had been cycling every month even with the mirena. Once my Mirena was removed I still am cycling about 29-31 cd which is great being that I hardly ever did in the past before surgery without the pill. I always had symptoms of AF like sore breasts, backache, headache. I am tired and have had some stabbing pain in my lower right side yesterday. I have taken 2 pg tests and both neg. Not sure is it too early to test?
