Issue with hubby

So my husband asks me to tell him when the opportunity presents itself for me to conceive. So I say ok... and I tell him. And then he makes excuses of why we can't have sex. Then I get pissed off, because I feel like he words aren't matching his actions. (Which normally match). I'm frustrated and just want to stop trying. We talked about it. He just says get over it. But I cant.
