Revenge of the fur babies!!!

Has anyone else had behavior issues with their fur babies? I have two dogs one is 5 and the other is 2 they have both been potty trained since puppies and have never gone inside, UNTIL RECENTLY! We have come home several times within the last month and they went inside! They have a doggy door to outside so they always have access! They've also been knocking over the trash which they also never did before! My mom says it's because they sense the baby and are jealous but I don't know what to do about it! Anyone have advice or dealing with the same thing?
