Low hcg for 8 weeks n 2 days

Am 8w2d today and my beta hcg levels show 7100miu/ml. Is it normal? I have not been having any symptoms at all whereas for my prev pregnancy I was having Hyperemsis Graviardum. My very first preg resulted in a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks and I did not have any preg symptoms at all then too. So I got worried out of my head and got my levels checked. Can someone tell me if the levels are normal?
