Brown Discharge in panties?

This morning while at work i went the the restroom and noticed light brown discharge in my panties. Also some pinching in lower left pelvic area. I am 5 weeks 3 days today. Is this something to worry about?

Although brown discharge is the best kind out of all the bleedings and many women bleed while pregnant, You should still call you gynecologist and get it figured out. 
The most scariest thing that could happen with that is that you are going through miscarriage. My first pregnancy ended in mc, thats why i am not going to sugar coat it abs aay it couldnt be that. But dont stress and panick because there is a lot of other reasons do and stressing will do more bad than good for your baby.
With my current pregnancy i also bled a good amount of brown blood and freaked me out real bad since i just went through mc like a month before. So i went to my gynecologist, she did an early scan. Baby was there but i had an ovarian cyst and subchrionic hemmorhage(SCH) and both of them can cause bleeding.
So until you find out what causes your bleeding, take it really easy. No heavy lifting or physical activity(sex, gym etc), rest a lot. Cause these are all things you have to avoid/do with SCH to minimize the risk of mc!
