Who has gotten the new blood test for chromosomes?

This test is fairly recent but it tests the mother's blood stream for the fetus chromosome abnormalities with down syndrome, turners syndrome, etc. It's supposedly 99% accurate!

It's very accurate so I say better to know you will need to prepare for something.

We did it because we have already a daughter with a chromosome defect. But sadly the one she has is not included in the test. But we did it and everything came out fine

We got it! It was accurate, we just had our sonogram confirmation that the test was correct with a girl :) my office says that they are yet to see it be wrong. I was too impatient to wait until our sonogram, so we got the blood test @10 weeks
