So if you are expecting age 35+, are you ladies getting the genetics testing?

I am 36 this year and will be 37 when I deliver. My 4th child and due Aug 2016. My kids are 10,8, and 3. I always opted out of these tests but since I am at this age, should I consider doing it? I just don't want to be stressed or worried about something I shouldn't be. Thanks for replies !!
