Confused and help

Estimated LMP November 25th

31-32 days cycles

December 27th 7 test positive

December 29th confirmed at doc office and hcg levels 404... Taken off meds.

January 7th doc said I was closed and things looked good..

First Ultrasound to confirm pregnancy in uterus.. gestational sac seen but nothing visible...I measure 4 weeks.

Second ultrasound was January 25th I measure 6 weeks and 4 days.. again gestational was seen and small fetal pole so she said but no flicker or heartbeat detected.

Monday 13,900 hcg level

Wednesday 13, 600 hcg levels

I have sore breast weight gain and morning sickness

Doc said I will have one more ultrasound next week and I demanded one.

He said I miscarry..

I've had no cramping or bleeding.

He's wanting to do a DnC less complications and safer then go natural..

Any help yall may have I appreciate it.
