Should I get Pap smears at 21 even if I'm not sexually active?

I read that you should start getting Pap smears when you turn 21 but what if your not sexually active should  I still get it done

Yes definitely. It's not as bad/scary as some people say it is. They basically insert a tube into your vagina that expands a little bit then they take a swab sample and remove the tube. In and out quickly. It may pinch a little or be a little uncomfortable but you will be fine!
