Fiancé's last name is awful!!!

Okay, so, let me start by saying, I am very traditional in a lot of ways. So, I want to take my fiancé's last name. But his last name is Trout.. And I hate it. I don't know what I should do. I can't even say it really without either laughing or cringing. I love him, and he wants me to take his name also. What can I do to like it better? Also, I'm in a profession where you go by your last name, so they would call me Trout all the time.
