What do I do next?

Hubby and I have been trying for almost 5 years to conceive. I have a 9 year old boy from a prior relationship. Thus far no luck. Started seeing a fertility doc last year. Was put on letrozole. Got pregnant last September but it ended up not being a vilable pregnancy. Right now they upped my meds and still nada. So the question I'm asking is what do I do now? Do I just give up and forget about becoming a mommy again or what other option should I do? Folical scans have looked good as of late but they aren't dropping, just turning into cysts. Please help.
