Help?! Coincidence maybe?!?

I've read many stories where women got pregnant on this birth control, the period never stopped when we would have sex before and then after having that dream last week all of a sudden this week the period stops and I get an increase in CM. My future sister in law says wait two to four weeks and test because it is a possibility I'm pregnant or got pregnant. What're your girls opinions?
