Stuffy nose and extreme dry mouth at night
I have a stuffy nose during the day and at night while sleeping I am constantly waking up because my lips, mouth and throat are like the Sahara desert. I drink water every time I wake but it's become uncomfortable and the drinks don't really help. Started using saline spray. Anyone else dealing with this issue?
