Delayed Cord Cutting

I've received mixed reviews about delayed cord cutting. Some say waiting 2-3 minutes to cut the umbilical cord gives the baby that last extra blood they need, which is supposed to be beneficial. Then others say, it causes the baby to have jaundice. I didn't wait 2-3 minutes with my first born and she had jaundice anyway. The first decision for my baby and I don't know what to do.
