Why do you want children?

I was talking with my fiancé and we were thinking of legit reasons to have children. And every excuse we had to have one or wait would all seem so selfish. So what are some reasons you women (or men) are trying to have children?

I have wanted kids since I was 16 (no I didn't try I just helped raise all my cousins babies). I was born to be a mom. I love kids. I even worked with children who had special needs most of my middle school and highschool life. When I met my boyfriend and he told me he wanted kids and felt the same I knew he was the one. I see him with the kids in my family and his own nieces and nephews and I know he is going to be a amazing father. I know I can give a child a amazing life and two family's full of love . :)

Because I love my husband so much and having and raising a child with the man I love seems like the best thing in the world to me

I love children. I am always the one my family calls when they need help. When my 6 sisters, brother and I were growing up I was called momma Jess. If wanting to care for and love children is selfish then I want to be the most selfish person in the world ❤️😘 nothing wrong with being selfish in that way. I feel like my heart was made to love more, care for more. I was born to be a mother ever sense I was a toddler everyone could see that.

I've always wanted to be a mom. I want to know that love and the feeling of carrying a child, that connection. I love kids and so does my husband. Seeing him with kids makes me want to have our own. He's so good with them and the way his face lights up when he's playing with a child, it's makes us both happy. I want to have the experience of raising a child and helping them throughout life. Having a little one of my husband and I running around and growing up, it's unexplainable. I want that.

I just can't stand children... selfish? Hell yeah, but I won't have them just because society wants me to. If they want me to have them, ok they're free to raise and support them too.
