Ladies plz answer its urgent

I am.14 weeks 1 day pregnant and I had sex with my husband and after almost 40 to 50 min when i feel like puke because i want dinner to when I try to do vomit i feel something has come out from inside.. i put my finger and it is like white mucus.. just like white as man's cum .. so I am confuse if it is my husband's thing or normal pregnancy discharge or anything else to concern about... Plz help...
