Extremely faint test result???

So I took a test first thing this morning and I feel like my eyes are playing tricks on me! So at first I saw no positive line and then a few minutes later the faintest of faintest positive line shows up. Am I pregnant??? My period starts in 6-8 days but my nipples have a darker ring around them and I have felt some cramping and nausea lately. Someone tell me what this means I did miscarried last year around this time. I'm pretty healthy and 23 so I know I'm not getting sick or anything...
