10 weeks

okay so this may sound very dumb but sometimes i just dont feel or seem as if i looke pregnant ; like i experience nothing different except the breast size change && sometimes after i eat i get naseaus BUT never throwing up ; i get major saliva well extra saliva like im always having to spit 😒 or headaches ... but other than that im perfectly fine no changes ; please tell me someone understands
