Baby or yolk sac?

Does this look like a baby or a yolk sac, the ultrasound tech wouldn't even check for a heart beat!

To me it look like the baby. These were my ultrasounds the one where you see the actually machine is the yolk sac and next to it is the small fetal pole the second pic is of baby no yolk sac and his heartbeat.

It's the baby the yolk sack should be very close by though her is mine from when I was just turning 8 weeks they had the timing wrong in it but the baby's head is laying on the yolk sac

Baby maybe. This is mines at 5w2d heart rate was 101. Dr said it would get stronger within time

I'd say yolk sac, here's mine at 7.5 weeks. I guess if baby is so small they can't see it yet they probably can't find a heartbeat.  Hopefully next time! :)
