Before AF CM and early pregnancy CM?

Hi, if you ever get pregnant before, can you tell me what the differences you feel on before AF CM and your before BFP CM?

The only Bfp I got at home was with my daughter and I knew something was up several days after conception the thing is back then I knew nothing about ttcing charting or any of that it was just my body telling my mind your pregnant I just took a test Exactly 14days after conception only had sex with my baby daddy once my daughter was truly meant to be good luck! :)
