Early symptoms??

Ok so this is weird. I'm 23 and engaged to my bf. jus two weeks ago 😊 but anyway..  My period is 7 days away and today I had a urge to eat sum and I ignored and then I went to eat bout a couple hours into my hunger.. I ate my subway then 15 mins later.. I threw up. All of it. Could this be a early sign?? I've also been having to urinate a lot like at least twice at night. I can't hold my pee and I jus been hungry a lot jus past week. Has anyone else experience this? And then found out they was pregnant? I don't have any kids and I don't know what to expect. I'm jus curious is there a possibility that I could be pregnant and how soon can I find out?!
