Sex on your period?

Hello lovelys xx. I recently looked up natural ways to get rid on period cramps. My cramps are really bad, meds only work for maybe an hour, and I start to throw up from pain.. So when I looked for natural ways, I saw a lot of people recommended it. I asked my boyfriend he's perfectly okay with it, but have any of you tried it? I'm kind of scared of the mess and all... I just want some opinions. Thanks!❤️

Honestly, I think sex on my period is great. Usually after day2 I have sex with my boyfriend, he's not bothered and I usually end my period 2 days later and it's always so much lighter/barely there the day after the sex. Definitely recommend it if you're comfortable. And there isn't hardly a mess at all, I've never experience mess and I'm a very heavy bleeder like yourself :)

We do:) it helps my cramps and really reduces my flow! It's not messy at all!

It doesn't have to be sex, it's the orgasm that really relieves the pain. Masturbate or if comfortable get your boyfriend to help rub you or whatever to make you cum. You can put a tampon in and it's much less messy and you still get some relief of pain. Have you thought about going on the pill :)

Im on the pill cause of how much pain im in when im on my period i had the same problem as you i would throw up from pain as well

Period sex is great. In all honesty if your worried about mess try if in the shower first, that's what I did and we eventually got to the bed but use a towel if you feel you have to.

Just put a towel down for the mess. Personally I don't have a very heavy flow so we don't even notice during the act!
