Hello lovelys xx. I recently looked up natural ways to get rid on period cramps. My cramps are really bad, meds only work for maybe an hour, and I start to throw up from pain.. So when I looked for natural ways, I saw a lot of people recommended it. I asked my boyfriend he's perfectly okay with it, but have any of you tried it? I'm kind of scared of the mess and all...
