I'm 8 weeks and one day pregnant. I saw a past that I can't find now with different recommendations on belly Wraps. I didn't know this was a thing and I'm interested in trying it after giving birth. When should I buy one, how do I pick a size, and what brands work best? Also are they safe to wear while sleeping?
