Placenta previa or vasa previa anyone?

Hi mommas 
I just went in for my 18 week anatomy scan and all seems well with baby but I have placenta previa which may progress to vasa previa. 
Has anyone had either? If so please tell me your experience, I'm very worried.

I've been on bedrest for the previa since 20 weeks. Not sure how I'll feel closer to early due date around 36 weeks. Anyone?

Had placenta previa my first pregnancy and it always felt like my baby was going to fall out every time I stood up. My baby wanted to come out even during delivery but her head did nothing but swell against my pelvic bone so I had an emergency csection at 35 weeks but she's a completely healthy 2 year old now.

I was recently diagnosed with both as well as a cyst on my daughters brain. I'm on be dress until I get to see the high risk specialist. I'm currently 22 weeks.

My vasa previa is so concerning, will baby be deficient in nutrients?

I knew two people who had this. The placenta covered the cervix.

1 friend was very fortunate it moved 8 cms away as the baby grew. She was able to deliver naturally.

The other friend had to deliver by c section at 36 weeks so close to full term baby was healthy.

Both girls were on pelvic rest and no lifting. The girl that delivered at 36 weeks was on bed rest for a week before delivery.
