Has anyone experienced on and off cramping a week before expected AF and got a BPF?

I've been having mild cramping from 6-7 dpo till today 14 dpo. The cramps have been light but noticeable (ibuprofen not needed). Sometimes felt warm/light burning cramps. Glow said expected AF yesterday 1/30 but I usually go with another app because if is usually always right on which would bring my expected AF to today 1/31 (has not arrived AS OF YET). The only other symptoms I've had was sore boobs (which is a AF symptom as well) and sore under left armpit (unusual). CP is high can't tell if it's open or closed as I have a tilted cervix. My temps have been steady-well above coverline.
