Can anyone describe to me what baby hiccups feel like?

Last night my hand was resting on my belly and I started to feel a rhythmic pulsing on the right side of my belly.  I thought it was my pulse, until I took my pulse and it didn't match the tempo.  It lasted about 4 minutes total at a rate of one pulse/kick every 1-2 seconds.  Does this sound like a bout of hiccups?
