Help, sad... About the past?

Hi everyone, I really really really need you guys to help me out along with the eve community... Recently, my boyfriend of one year.. Back in November went on a family vacation with his family and met a girl down there, they talked, texted, and even FACETIMED with me being clueless,  across the country. This has happened before as well, but I also question myself "why me" and "is she better" I cry all the time even thinking about how someone I love, could do that. I don't know how to get over this, or the past. I really need your guys help, so please comment and let me know, thanks!❤️
