Your story may be different than mines. But I was friends with my current boyfriend (of 4 months) for about 4-5 years before we started dating, and I remember we've had a crush on eachother ever since, but never told eachother until this year.

​I broke up with my ex of almost 2 years this January and I remember i would text my current boyfriend here and there either when me & my ex were fighting or whenever I was drunk. And it was only him and ALWAYS him. (I know it sounds bad, but he was always that ONE guy that I will always have feelings for & the feelings mutual for him)

​I'm glad I broke up with my ex because our relationship was very toxic and I'm beyond thankful for my current boyfriend now because he treats me better than anyone has ever had. We were dating for about 2 months & made it official in June.
