Taking time off work during first trimester
Hi ladies, am I the only one considering taking time off work on sick leave for a few weeks because I feel so crappy ? Blood pressure is low, feel like throwing up all the time if I don't take my medication, which makes me super sleepy. I have a very high energy demanding job and don't think I can do it right now.
