Please help.....

My kids contracted lice from school and I have never in my life had to deal with this.... what are some effective natural home remedies to rid the lice from there heads and house hold stuff stuff as couches beds pillows etc. I am wanting natural cause for one I am going to do everyone's hair and I'm 28 wks pregnant and have other young kids/ and toddler. What are some ways that have been effective treatment that you have used.
