Guilt about sex?

Question

Does anyone else ever feel wrong or dirty when thinking about sex or masterbation? I wish I didn't but I do even though I'm only sleeping with my boyfriend. I don't know if it could somehow be associated with bad past sexual experiences/partners?

I've only had my boyfriend as a partner. We were each other's first and since I was 16 and no one knew I felt really dirty and bad about it afterward. We've been together a super long time now and since we tend to use the pullout method I tend to feel bad about it the next day. Trying to better about using protection though. We've been together 13yrs. Not married though.
