7 days post ovulation and question

I'm 7 DPO and I went to a friends last night. Her dog who usually never lays on anyone. The dog stayed by me for awhile and got back on me this morning. She has two dogs and the other one laid on me too. I've been nauseous and have had mild cramps. Baby Dust!!!! Prayers would be appreciated!!!
