1st sono

How on earth does everybody stay sane waiting for their first sono!? I swear this is 10x more brutal then the 2 week wait, the symptom spotting and faint lines all in one! I got my BFP super early (7 dpo) and my appt is just over a week away. They wont see me until im about 8 weeks. But since this is our rainbow baby, I feel like its even harder!! What does everyone do to not go crazy?!
