Repeat c-section vs. VBAC(vaginal birth after c-section)

At my next appointment I need to decide if I'm going to schedule a c- section or not. My first delivery was emergency c-section and I have had 3 successful VBAC's since then. My current Doctor is telling me that I should just plan for a c-section due to the risk of uterine abruption, which I have avoided 3 times. I am high risk due to history of preeclampsia with all 4 deliveries and all deliveries have been induced. Last delivery was the worst. My current dr is saying that if I try to go for another VBAC and I have uterine abruption, that it would take 30 min. for anesthesia to arrive for an emergency surgery bc they are not in house. So I am torn between going for another VBAC and taking the risk or just scheduling a c-section. My first c-section left me with a uterine infection and a 9 day hospital stay. Help me ladies!
